Tatsuriki was founded in 1921 and operates on the belief "Rice liquor tastes like rice", good Sake comes from good rice. They continue to pursue Yamada Nishiki terroir by conducting exclusive contact cultivation with farmers with good soil conditions. Sake is ultimately created by a deep commitment to the soil.
