To Our Valued Guests, Suppliers, Agents and Friends,
Thank you! Your support over the last few weeks has been incredible. Our gratitude for your patience and flexibility, while we have completely adjusted our way of doing business, is endless. We’ve built an online store to accommodate pick up and deliveries and we’ve been able to keep our staff working and working hard!
We’ve learned a tremendous amount over the last couple weeks and we’d like to share some of that with you. First, apparently, the number one in the market online platform we chose, wasn’t built for and can’t keep up with our huge inventory that we’ve curated for you! It’s supposed to sync with our POS inventory several times a day, but because of our 9000+ skus, it takes a whole day for just one sync! This is why at times, the store may have allowed you to order something but in reality, we just didn’t have it. For that we’re sad for you and truly sorry.
We also know that sometimes, we may have let some of you down. Not lived up to the expectations of you or us. So, the other thing that we’ve learned, is that we can do even better for you. Get STOKED! We’re going to take a break for a couple of days, close the store both online and brick and mortar to allow our crew to refresh and rejuvenate. We’ll also use this time to strategize and make the changes and arrangements necessary to serve you better!
***We’ll be closed and not taking orders for delivery starting today at 6pm. Any orders placed for delivery prior to 6pm will be delivered tomorrow. Orders for pickup will end at 4pm on Saturday April 11th. All orders prior to 4pm tomorrow, will be ready to pick up before 8pm. We’ll resume taking orders on Tuesday April 14th for next day delivery AND next day pickup. Also, stay tuned for some further enhancements to help you stay stocked and satisfied!!!
Thank you again for your patience and ongoing support. We will come back from this break even better prepared to get you what you need, and keep you, and all of our team safer than ever.

WOW! What an incredible response Edmonton!!! Thank you all so much for your continued support for our store and our new online ordering process. It has been incredibly successful and a great learning experience! We’re still working out some kinks but for the most part, are almost there.
Here’s how it all works and some key reminders to make it as smooth as possible for both of us! Place your order at shop.sherbrookeliquor.com Orders placed before 4pm will be available for same day pick up until 8pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be put together for pick up the next day. Once you place your order, we will pick it, confirm we have what you need, adjust your order if needed and bill you for the appropriate amount. You will receive an email with a confirmation when your order is ready, so please, do NOT head over until you hear from us! We’ve had a few of you come over right after ordering and we cannot move your order up in the que. When you arrive at the store, stay cozy and safe in your vehicle and follow these easy steps.
- Call 780-455-4556 and let us know you’re at the store, and what kind of vehicle you’re driving!
- Get your ID out and ready to show us through your window while waiting for one of our amazing staff members to gather your precious goods. Don’t forget your ID at home!!!
- Get stoked when you see one of our team coming out to your car!
- Confirm it’s you and that you’re old enough by showing your ID, pop your trunk, (or unlock your back door if no trunk) we’ll make the drop and you can head off on your merry way.
With the incredible response to our online ordering and pick up, we were unable to launch delivery today. Please, stay tuned, we’re gunning for Wednesday this week!
Starting tomorrow, Sunday March 29th, we will no longer accept walk up orders. Online will be the only way to place an order with us. Unfortunately, too many customers are refusing to wait in their vehicles and are crowding our front door, staff and other guests. In our efforts to protect you and our staff, this is creating a hazard and unsafe physical distancing.

Sherbrooke Covid-19 update & ONLINE STORE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! YAYYYYYYY!

Thank you for your continued patience! We have some great news today.
Today we are launching our online store that you will be able to order from, pay and then pick-up curbside hassle free! All of our amazing inventory will be available on the site immediately and we’re working on getting pretty pictures for you. With over 9000 Sku’s that might take us awhile sooooo, please bear with us!
Here’s how it all works. Orders placed before 4pm will be available for pick up the day of up until 8pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be put together for the following day. Once you place your order, we will pick it, confirm we have what you need, and email you back with a confirmation so please don’t head over until you hear from us! Starting tomorrow, you can also order online for next day home delivery inside of Edmonton!
Any online order over $100 is eligible to be delivered within Edmonton City Limits for no extra charge! Deliveries under $100 are subject to a small fee.
Local Deliveries must be made to a home, or business address where you work. Deliveries are next day and will be between the hours of 12pm and 8pm Wednesday thru Sunday.
Our Pro Serve trained drivers will ask for a valid government issued ID. All who look under 30 will be ID’d. Upon delivery, you may also be asked to provide the credit card used to make the purchase. Failure to provide either could prevent your driver from completing your delivery and then we’d both be crushed. A $15 restocking fee may be applied for non-compliance.
Please note, the person placing the order must be home to receive it. We cannot leave liquor at your door.
COVID-19 Precautions. Please show your ID through your front door window or screen door. Once confirmed that you’re of age and that you placed the order, our drivers will leave on your doorstep to comply with the 2 metre physical distancing requirements.

Sherbrooke Covid-19 update
To Our Valued Guests, Suppliers, Agents and Friends,
Once again, I’m privileged to share my gratitude for all of your support through this time of uncertainty. We are humbled and so thankful to be a part of this amazing community.
Since the Covid-19 outbreak, we have tried our best to balance the needs of our staff and guests with the needs of the community at large. We have met or exceed the recommendations put forth by AHS and The WHO. With that, we know that we can continue to be better and be leaders in the community during this global crisis.
Therefore, tomorrow, March 23rd, we will be closing the store for a day of strategy and preparation for the next step in the evolution of Sherbrooke Liquor. On Tuesday March 24th, we will re-open, not allowing any customers to enter the store and offering curbside pick-up and ordering only. On Wednesday, if all works out, we will begin offering next day delivery. Stay tuned for details tomorrow afternoon/evening for a “how to order” instructions.
Please continue to find ways to support small and local business while practising physical distancing. So many top notch restaurants and food suppliers are offering pick-up and delivery.

Sherbrooke Covid-19 update
To Our Valued Guests, Suppliers, Agents and Friends,
First, I’d like to just say WOW, and thank you for all the incredible support out there for our, and all the other local businesses in the Edmonton area. We are genuinely grateful for all of your support.
We continue to monitor things closely and are working to meet or exceed Alberta health services recommendations daily. Following are some reminders and new updates on our situation.
Please, do not visit today if you have a cough or fever or have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days. We are also encouraging customers to work with your neighbours and have one person do one run to our store for many instead of all individually. We are also monitoring how many customers we have in our store at one time. Effective immediately, no more that 15 customers at a time will be allowed in our store. Please be patient with each other and our staff. We also highly encourage you to come in by yourself and practice social distancing by staying at least two arms length apart from our staff and other guests in the store.
We encourage you to place an order through SPUD.CA They have a small selection of beer, wine and spirits from Sherbrooke as well as options from several other great local brewers, distillers and grocers.
Sherbrooke will have options for you to order through phone or email starting Monday March 23rd. This will allow for curbside pick-up. Please, stay tuned for details on how.
We are adjusting hours once again to allow for further restocking, cleaning and the preparation for upcoming pre-orders. Effective today March 21, 2020, Operating hours will be from 10am – 8pm.
We are continuing to take action to ensure the service and safety of all Albertans. Keep tuned in for regular updates as things can change rapidly. Sherbrooke also encourages you to check in on your neighbours and those that you know that might need help. Take this opportunity of life slowing down to rediscover old passions, maybe some new ones and connect with your family. Please, recognize that many around you may not have the same support as you and are feeling extremely isolated and lonely. Be old fashioned and pick up the phone, say hello and check in.

Sherbrooke Covid-19 update

Thank you for your continued support of Sherbrooke and other small businesses across the City and Province. As the Covid-19 situation continues to rapidly evolve daily and sometimes hourly, we want to ensure that we are keeping you up-to-date. As we make key decisions around our business for the safety of our staff and you, we will post through our social media channels and our newsletter. Effective immediately, all events in our tasting room have been cancelled and we have suspended all in-store sampling events indefinitely. If you have tickets, you may go to Eventbrite and request a full refund. Alternatively, we would like to give you the opportunity to donate the value of your ticket to the Edmonton Foodbank. Any guests choosing to do so will have their ticket value matched by us to double the donation and double the good deed.

We will also start today to limit our hours later in the week to provide more time for cleaning and sanitation. As of today, we’ll be open from 10am-10pm. This will allow our customers to come at a time that is convenient for them as well as off peak hours to avoid overcrowding in the store.
