of Wine Maker’s Dinner is set to occur Thursday, October 15th 2015 @ Normand’s Restaurant hosted by Waipara West Vineyard’s Paul Tutton.

Waipara, a recognized viticultural region, is situated some forty – five miles north of Christchurch in the South Island of New Zealand.

Come enjoy meticulously well prepared local cuisine paired with award winning wine and stimulating conversation with Waipara West Vineyard owner Paul Tutton.

National Goose liver pate with Saskatoon Cumberland sauce paired with Waipara West’s Late Harvest Chardonnay

Alberta pickerel filet pan-fried with herbed breading & garlic almond butter sauce paired with Waipara West’s Sauvignon Blanc

Wild Boar tenderloin or Kangaroo Loin w/ saskatoon glace de viande & potatoes pie with braised red cabbage paired alongside Waipara West Ram Paddock Red & Waipara West Pinot Noir
