Crowler Champs Contest Rules & Regulations

The Crowler Champs Contest initiative (the “CCC“) is being held by the Sherbrooke Liquor Store (“Sherbrooke”) – herein are the rules and regulations.

Sherbrooke is holding this CCC in celebration of community involvement throughout Edmonton, Alberta.

The CCC is open to all persons who reside in Alberta and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (each a “Contestant”) except for employees of Sherbrooke, affiliated advertising agencies and communications, and the immediate family members or people that reside in the same household of such persons.

No purchase is required to enter the CCC. In order to qualify for entry into the CCC, individuals must complete their entry online at

Contestants may enter the CCC (create an “Entry”) by going to the Sherbrooke website ( and completing the the entry form. Each Contestant can only receive a maximum of three (3) Entries into the CCC monthly. All entries must be initiated by the online entry form at Additional single entries are earned by online sharing: one (1) for sharing the CCC on Facebook, and one (1) for sharing via Twitter on behalf of the nominee.

This CCC runs from 12:01pm on May 10, 2017 to 11:59pm on May 30, 2018 Mountain Standard Time (MST). All Entries must be received on or before 11:59pm on May 30, 2018 Mountain Standard Time (MST).

There are twelve grand prizes of one sealed bottle of beer to be consumed off-premises per month for a period of twelve months (approximate value of $170.00.)

All Entries have an equal chance of winning for each draw. Chances of winning are dependent on how many Entries are received into the CCC. The Prize winner will be randomly drawn from all Entries. The draws will take place at approximately 9:00am MST on June 1, 2017 at the Sherbrooke Liquor Store in Edmonton, Alberta.

Sherbrooke Liquor will contact the Prize winners through the contact phone number or email address provided on the CCC entry form. If for any reason it is not possible within a seventy-two (72) hour period to contact the Prize winner despite customary efforts, Sherbrooke reserves the right to disqualify that Entry and randomly select another Entry as that month’s Prize winner.

Each Prize winner will be required to successfully complete a mathematical skill-testing question, and to sign a CCC prize acknowledgement and release before the Prize will be awarded.

The Prize must be accepted as described and no substitution will be permitted. The Prize may not be transferred to other persons prior to being awarded. Sherbrooke retains the right to replace the Prize with a different prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sherbrooke’s control.

Sherbrooke reserves the right to withhold the Prize or disqualify the Prize winner’s Entry in the event that a Prize winner fails or refuses to comply with these CCC rules.

General Terms and Conditions

If, for any reason and in the opinion of Sherbrooke, in its sole discretion, the CCC is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the CCC is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control, Sherbrooke reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the CCC including any method of entry without notice.

Sherbrooke will not be responsible for, or accept any liability resulting from Entries that are delayed, lost, stolen or misdirected for any reason during their delivery to Sherbrooke whether by, but not limited to, e-mail, cellular phone network or other on-line medium.

Sherbrooke will not enter into correspondence with any Contestant except with the Prize winner and at Sherbrooke’s own initiative. All Entries become the property of the Sherbrooke and none will be returned.

By entering the CCC, all Contestants agree to be bound by the rules of the CCC and release Sherbrooke and all parties associated with the CCC from any liability with respect to this CCC or any prize.

All decisions by Sherbrooke with respect to all aspects of this CCC are final. In these CCC rules, words importing singular include the plural and vice versa. These CCC rules shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and enforcement by the AGLC.
